Each module is interactive, featuring role-playing scenarios and embedded quizzes, and provides certificates of completion (minimum 80% passing score) automatically sent to trainees via email. Priced at $750 per facility for 1-year access, or $200/month for a subscription with monthly Q&A sessions, our training bundle helps SNFs and ALFs avoid CMS fines (e.g., $10,000+ for F880 violations) and ensures staffing agencies place survey-ready CNAs. We also offer the Workforce Entry Training Package, launching in June 2025, to support new hires with skills like critical thinking, communication, and food safety, reducing turnover (53% in SNFs) and addressing staffing shortages (15% CNA vacancy rate).
